Town Meeting Members, 

Attached please find three documents that contain a total of twelve separate amendments to the main motions under Articles 2 and 3 on the March 4, 2026 Special Town Meeting warrant. All amendments were submitted by Town Meeting Member Precinct 1, Robert McGaw.

Since the motions and explanations for the amendments are imbedded within Bob's documents. I'm sending them on directly but please note the following clarifications. In the documents, the motion to amend that will be read at Town Meeting is highlighted in yellow:

• 2026-03-04 STM Amendments, Art 2 & 3, McGaw - this document includes one amendment for Article 2 and one for Article 3. 
• 2026-03-04 STM Amendments, Art 2 §10 Parking, McGaw - this document includes five amendments to Article 2
• 2026-03-04 STM Amendments, Art 3 §10A Parking, McGaw  - this document includes five amendments to Article 3
