Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee
The Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC) is charged with advising and aiding a major update to the Town's Comprehensive Plan to be submitted to the Planning Board for approval. The CPAC Committee is a temporary committee working under the primary direction of the Town Planner (or designee).

Conservation Commission
The Conservation Commission administers the performance standards of the Wetlands Protection Act (MGL c.131, section 40), the Rivers Protection Act (St. 1996, c. 258), preserves the interests of the Rock Meadow Conservation Land and Victory Gardens, and advises other town boards and officials on conservation and environmental issues.

Cultural Council
The Cultural Council is part of a network of local and regional cultural councils which receive funding through a central state agency, the Massachusetts Cultural Council.
