There are a few items to share about the Belmont Center Zoning Project:
- The Planning Board will continue its Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 and focus on dimensional criteria including building heights, setbacks, and lot size. The consultant (Able.City East) will be in attendance remotely to answer Board and public questions and comments. The Director of Planning and Building REPORT for this meeting has been posted to the prject website under "Belmoint Center Project Documents" as the first item. This report is primarily about this discussion. This meeting will be Hybrid.
- The project consultant will facilitate an Open House on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Beech Street Center. The agenda will include a brief introduction to the Code by the consultant folloowed by an informal Open House format where attendees can circulate around the displays and ask questions of staff, consultant team, and the Planning Board members in attendance.
