Here is a bit of news on the Belmont Center Zoning Project as of Monday, September 15, 2025:
- Please see new Clean version 6.1 of the Zoning Bylaw draft HERE
- As of 2:30 pm on this date, no parking study preliminary draft has been released. OPB continues to follow up.
- The Planning Board will next discuss the draft bylaw on Thursday morning, September 18th fully remote. See the Agenda Center for the posted agenda.
- The Planning Board and TAC will be holding a joint meeting at 7pm on September 30th. Agenda to follow shortly.
