The Planning Board hosted a Public Meeting on January 22, 2026, at the Homer Art Gallery, 19 Moore St, 3rd Floor, and remotely via Zoom participation to present and review the Vision Plan, and to solicit comments and feedback from the public. The presentation can be downloaded HERE.
The final version of the Vision Plan, adopted by the Planning Board on February 3, 2026 can be downloaded HERE. This Plan contains 7 goals and a number of action items to implement the Plan.
Next Steps: The Office of Planning and Building will be working with consultant Able.City to prepare for a public workshop to start the zoning process. We expect this workshop to be scheduled in March 2026.
