The Planning Board is holding a 3rd in its series of listening sessions on the Belmont Center Zoning Project. This session will update attendees on where the project stands and take questions and comments. If you are an opponent, proponent, or just interested in leaning more, this is a good opportunity to get a timely update on the project.
Other news on the project includes:
- The project comments page remains available and you can also read comments already made HERE.
- The Belmont Center Survey has received 584 comments and the updated results will be sent to the consultant for analysis.
- The next iteration of the zoning bylaw draft is expected on the 31st of March. A third version will be released for the Open House on the 17th of April.
