Purpose:
The purpose of the Town Fields Working Group is to review and advise the Department of Public Works on maintenance of the fields in Town. Areas of review include, but are not limited to, the review of the town field use assessment completed by Activitas and the review of maintenance procedures and vendor contracts.
Deliverables:
A five-year maintenance and resting plan for all grass fields. In addition, the working group will determine if a turf field is needed and recommend a plan for possible locations and funding.
