Facilities

Belmont Town Hall, located on the corner of Concord Avenue and Pleasant Street, was originally built in 1881. Renovations were done in 1922, 1927, 1999, and 2004. It consists of a brick building measuring approximately 18,800 square feet on four levels. It houses the Board of Selectman's office and meeting room, the Town Clerk, Human Resources, Employee Credit Union, a large Auditorium, and three conference rooms.
