Much of the available resources have already been developed and curated on the now-dissolved MBTA Communities Advisory Committee's web page so the Planning Board will maintain this site as an archive. However, this page will offer direct links to the most important information on the site for easy access. Please come back frequently as we aim to populate it with additional material daily. You also may wish to download certain draft documents as we will not be hosting multiple draft versions on this page.

Planning Board Public Hearing on MBTA 3A Draft Bylaws
The Planning Board opened the Public Hearing on the three bylaws that will be presented at STM in November on Tuesday, July 16, 2024. The Public Hearing will remain open until such time the Board believes that the bylaws have been sufficiently finalized and explained in full to the public. At that time, the Public Hearing will close and the Board will vote on each of the bylaws as to whether they recommend favorable action at Town Meeting or take some other position.
